Todd Schoeder is a member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA). His work as an agent of the firm is limited to golf course architectural services. In jurisdictions where registered professionals are required to prepare landscape, civil or other plans and documents for carrying out work the firm coordinates such services on behalf of clients or may require clients to separately engage such services following preliminary work to plan, assess, evaluate, quantify, and/or secure probable costs (bids) in advance of actual construction work. Such preliminary work may be incorporated by other professionals into final plans and documents upon agreements between the firm and others. A complete policy addressing the firm's limitations may be requested by contacting the firm in advance of engagement for professional services.
